Does this refer to wearing more than one belt? Like Andrew "Belts" Mauriello (aka Sixgun) back in the day? Because that is the best description of that particular affectation I've ever heard.

Sure yeah. I just remember a like 4 page thread with that title started by either Tom Walsh or BigMonkey and everyone was all about them.
